• CELPIP practice questions and test materials
• AI-powered scoring algorithms and feedback systems

• PrepAmigo logo, trademarks, and branding materials
• Software code, databases, and technical infrastructure

Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Service, PrepAmigo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Download and print materials solely for your own CELPIP preparation
• Share your own test results and progress with others

Prohibited Uses

CELPIP Trademark Notice

CELPIP is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises, a subsidiary of the University of British Columbia. PrepAmigo is an independent test preparation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Paragon Testing Enterprises or the University of British Columbia. Our use of the CELPIP trademark is for descriptive purposes only to indicate the exam for which we provide preparation services.

Third-Party Content

PrepAmigo may include content licensed from third parties or content that users are permitted to submit. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is protected by applicable copyright laws. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same.

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to PrepAmigo (including responses to practice questions, comments, or feedback), you retain ownership of your content. However, by submitting content, you grant PrepAmigo:

• A worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content for platform improvement
• Permission to analyze your responses for AI training and development
