By accessing and using MockPal ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MockPal is an AI-powered CELPIP exam preparation platform that provides personalized learning experiences, practice tests, and educational content to help users prepare for the CELPIP examination.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property Rights and Copyright Policy

In order to respect and protect intellectual property rights and promote normal and legal communication on our website and forums, MockPal and related websites (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") and MockPal related forums (hereinafter referred to as "the Forum") hereby declare the following regarding intellectual property protection:

Once a notice meeting the above requirements is received, this website or forum will delete the allegedly infringing work within a reasonable time. If the above conditions are not met, this website or forum will ask you to provide corresponding information and will not take corresponding measures including deletion for the time being.

4.6 Counter-Notice Procedure

After receiving the "Rights Notice" forwarded by this website or forum, users who uploaded content and believe that their uploaded content does not infringe upon others' legitimate rights may provide a written "Counter-Notice" to this forum, requesting restoration of deleted works or content, or restoration of disconnected links.

The "Counter-Notice" should include the following:

1. Specific contact information, including the rights holder's name, communication address, phone number, ID/passport copy (natural person), entity registration certificate copy
2. Accurate name and network address of works or content to be restored or reconnected
3. Preliminary evidence materials that do not constitute infringement, including but not limited to proof of legal rights to works or content
4. Counter-notice must be personally signed by the rights holder or their legal authorized person; if it is an entity, it must be stamped with the entity's official seal

Users shall be responsible for the authenticity of the counter-notice content. If the counter-notice content is not true, the provider shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom. After receiving the user's "Counter-Notice", this website or forum will immediately restore the deleted works or content, or restore the disconnected work or content links, and forward the "Counter-Notice" to the rights holder. This website or forum shall not bear any legal responsibility for restoring deleted works or content, or restoring disconnected work or content links. Rights holders may not notify this forum to delete the work or content again, or disconnect links to the work or content.
